As you begin the year forging positive relationships with your teachers once again, holding rich conversations with them about their craft will be essential. Join Debbie McFalone for two sessions in a “Leverage Leadership mini-series” to equip you with skills needed for this important work! Session One will focus on prioritizing your calendar and understanding the importance of frequent, focused classroom visits accompanied by face to face feedback. Session Two will focus on individualizing feedback to tailor the conversations with each teacher in order to meet their needs and support them to the highest level. Sessions will take place from 4:30 to 6 pm.
