Mentor Certification Program
Participants will:
- Become highly skilled in mentoring
- Develop solid understanding around the frames of leadership
- Apply mentoring skills with an assigned mentee
Program Requirements
- MA or PhD and minimum of five years administrative experience
- MEMSPA Membership
- Participate in four web based chats
- Provide reflections on practice/issue (PSEL’s) prior to chat
- Agree to working with a mentee placed by MEMSPA
- Minimum of 3 in-person visits with mentee
- Bi-weekly contact with mentee
- Micro credential option included
