Cognitive Coaching℠ is a model that supports individuals and organizations in becoming self-directed, and in turn, become self-managing, self-monitoring and self-modifying. The results are stronger individuals within a team and better organizational teams overall.
If you have been through Cognitive Coaching and are looking to sharpen your skills or new to this concept, now is the time!
We have the awesome opportunity to have Carolyn McKanders from The Thinking Collaborative join us for this event. You won’t want to miss it!
